Ben and Mehnaz were both incredibly supportive throughout the Rippen cohort. From the very beginning, they made sure I felt comfortable with the project and always took the time to explain tasks clearly and thoroughly. Whenever I had questions, they were quick to respond and made themselves available in a timely manner, which I really appreciated. Beyond just guidance, they also provided mentorship that helped me grow and feel more confident in my work. Their encouragement and willingness to share their knowledge made the experience not only positive but also very rewarding on a personal level.
