The project provided a valuable opportunity to explore early-stage industrial design concepts. It served as a good learning experience and helped clarify design goals and expectations for similar future collaborations.

Working with the Level UP team on this project was a really supportive experience. As a small business owner juggling many tasks, having students step in to help me stay organized and manage different moving pieces made a meaningful difference. The structure of the program allowed them to take ownership of their contributions, while still offering the flexibility needed in a fast-paced small business environment. The educators and program staff were responsive and made the whole process smooth and approachable. I appreciated the opportunity and would definitely participate again.

It was a great experience working with the Level UP team on this product sourcing project. The students supported me with valuable research into product options, researching tariff updates, and alternative sourcing opportunities—things that are critical for a small business trying to grow sustainably. Their work helped me think more strategically about inventory and supplier decisions.
