Prof. Dassanayake reached out to us via the Riipen Platform a few weeks before the Capstone Project's formal initiation sponsored by the University of Calgary. Prof. Dassanayake displayed excellent commitment to both the Learners objectives and our Corporate goals. She additionally provided adequate freedom to the Learners, to challenge themselves so as to afford them a real world experience in the Corporate sector. She thus made an important contribution to the overall success of the Project We wish her the very best for the future and would gladly engage with her and the subsequent group of Learners in her classroom at University of Calgary. My journey with the educator began via a conversation with Prof. Dassanayake a month prior to the Capstone Project Kickoff with the Learners at your institution. Prof. Dassanayake's commitment to having Learners execute is commendable and had a direct impact on the success of the Capstone Project. She made the time, effort and played her role as per our initial planning and understanding. We wish her a renewed success with other Capstone Projects in 2025 and beyond. Given an opportunity, we would appreciate working with her and the Learners she would bring to the table. Dr. Nanguneri CEO MGBS Inc.
